Lymphatic Drainage and Infrared Therapy

Lymphatic drainage is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment that uses controlled air compression to support the natural movement of your lymphatic and circulatory systems. Special inflatable chambers gently massage the body in rhythmic waves, helping reduce fluid retention, bloating, heaviness in the legs, puffiness and general sluggishness in the body.

Our device also offers optional infrared heat. This can be combined with lymphatic drainage to enhance detoxification, circulation, metabolic activity and toning. Clients who cannot use infrared can still enjoy a full lymphatic drainage session without the heat.

Session Length and What to Expect

Each appointment lasts around 45 minutes. This includes 30 minutes of treatment and preparation time before and after your session.

You will lie down fully clothed and we will help you into the comfortable compression suit. For the best experience, please wear loose clothing such as leggings and a soft top. When the treatment begins, the suit gently inflates and deflates around your legs, abdomen and arms in soothing, wave-like patterns. The pressure feels like a firm but relaxing massage.

Most clients feel lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed after just one session. For the most visible results, we recommend a course of 8 to 10 treatments.
