TREATMENTS rescheduling, cancellation, and refund Policy
Serenity Body & Soul has a 48-hour cancellation policy and 24 hours reschedule policy to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and avoid disruptions. Please take time to review the booking and cancellation information below and note that by booking an appointment, you accept the conditions of our cancellation policy.
Rescheduling We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. You can reschedule your treatment up to 24 hours before the appointment, providing that the new date falls no later than two weeks from the original (subject to availability). Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is not possible and will result in losing 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation If you cancel your session up to 24-48 hours before the appointment we will refund 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not show up at all, you will be charged. It will provide the full fee of the treatments.
Refund To receive a refund, please contact us and provide the following details:
Full Name
Email Address
If paid by PayPal: PayPal address used to pay for the treatment.
If paid by Credit Card: Last four digits of the Credit Card used.
The refund should be processed within 14 days. We do not provide refunds in a form different than the condition in which made the original payment.
